Attica - Archie Jackson "Jack" Alenduff, 93, formerly of Attica and had been residing in Gladstone, MO, passed away in the North Care Hospice in North Kansas City, MO, with family by his side, on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 3:17 p.m.
Jack, as he was known to family and friends, was born at home in Riverside, Indiana on September 28, 1930.  He was the son of the late Archie H. and Josephine E. (Clark) Alenduff.  Jack was raised in Attica, graduating from Attica High School in 1948.  He later moved to Lake of the Ozarks in 1987 until moving to his present residence in Gladstone, MO in 1995.
Jack worked as an electrician until his retirement due to disability in 1984.
Jack was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving during the Korean War, stationed in French Morocco.  At the time of his honorable discharge he had attained the rank of Staff Sergeant (T).  He was honorably discharged from the service on January 9, 1954.
He was a member of the American Legion for over 50 years.
On July 8, 1988, Jack married Linda E. Belluchi in Sunrise Beach, MO.
He leaves behind his wife, Linda of nearly 36 years.  He also leaves behind two sons Phillip (Vicki) Alenduff, Indianapolis; David (Sara) Alenduff, Lafayette; a daughter, Rebecca (Daniel) Irwin, Lafayette; a step son, Chris (Adrienne) Albert, Kansas City, MO and a step daughter, Robyn (Ali) Gazi, Kearney, MO; seven grandchildren, Katie Alenduff, Brian Alenduff, Chad Alenduff, Hillary Albert, Connor Albert, Michael Hernandez and Sam Gazi; four great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a grandson, Drew Irwin along with his two brothers, William R. And Charles R. Alenduff.
Friends may call at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, on Wednesday, May 8th, from 10:00 a.m. until the service time at 12:00 p.m. with Bill Alenduff officiating.  Burial with military honors will be held in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Northside Hospice Kansas City at (kchospice.org),  American Legion Post # 52 of Attica or the Salvation Army.
