Attica - Betty Elizabeth (Reynolds) Henry, 89, Attica, passed away in her home on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 4:10 p.m. with her sons by her side.
Betty was born in Missouri on September 14, 1934.  She was the daughter of the late Fountain and Iva (Hargrove) Reynolds.  She was raised and educated in Clarence, MO.  She later moved to Williamsport, IN in 1965 and later to Attica in the early 80's.
Betty formerly worked as a cook at the Williamsport Grade School.
She attended the Attica First United Methodist Church and volunteered at the Methodist Church Thrift Shop.  She and her husband belonged to the
I&I Mineral and Gem Association.
On January 22, 1955, Betty married Free Henry Jr. In Macon, Missouri.  Free preceded her in death on February 24, 2009.
Betty leaves behind her two sons, Jerry Wayne Henry and Terry Lane Henry, both of Attica; a brother, Donald Reynolds, Danville, IL; five grandchildren, Justina Henry, Tiffany Henry, Alicia Henry, Crystal Mull and Jonathan Henry along with eleven great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a grandson, Daniel Henry and a brother, Bernie Reynolds.
As per Betty's wish, cremation services were accorded her and no formal service is planned.
