Attica - Clara Frances (Bossaer) Crawford, 93, formerly of Attica and had been residing at the St. Anthony Healthcare Center, Lafayette, on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 1:13 p.m.
Clara was born in Fountain County, Indiana on December 14, 1929.  She was the daughter of the late Frank B. and Leola Dale (Kirts) Bossaer.  Clara was a life resident of Attica, graduating from Attica High School in 1948.  She formerly worked at RMC, Attica Grain and Buckley's True Value Store, all in Attica.  Clara was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
Clara leaves behind two sons, Rich (Christy) Crawford, Monticello and Andy (Pam) Crawford, Attica; four grandchildren, Angee (Bart) Morton, Brian (Jae) Crawford, Joey (Cam) Cobb and Heath (Caly) Crawford; six great-grandchildren, Tanna (Hunter) York, Caden Morton, Jenson Cobb, Riley Jones, Cady Jones and Brock Crawford; a great great-grandson, Tucker York.  Clara was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Crawford; a grandson, Ryan Crawford; a daughter-in-law, Kristy Crawford and a sister, Martha Ann Bossaer.
Friends may call at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 407 S. Perry St. Attica, on Monday, May 15th, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with Rosary being recited at 11:00 a.m. followed by the funeral mass at 11:15 a.m. with Rev. David Rasner officiating.  Burial will follow in the St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Attica.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Paws 'n Claws Animal Shelter.
