Attica - Edward Henry Youngblood, 71, Attica, passed away at his home, with his wife at his side, on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 1:24 a.m.
Edward was born in Butler, Georgia on August 19, 1949. He was the son of the late Dave Henry and Iris (Dunmon) Youngblood. He was raised and educated in Georgia. He later worked for the Georgia State Highway Department. He and his wife and lived in Attica for the past several years.
Edward was raised in the Baptist faith and attended the Independence Old Fashioned Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also loved horses.
On September 27, 1967, Edward married Patricia Ann Morgan in Detroit, MI.
He leaves behind his wife Patricia of 53 years along with two sisters, Deloris Weinwright, Byron, GA and Mary Jo Lollar, Key West, FL; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, David Youngblood and three sisters, Vera Migrant, Rachel Harrison and Virginia Hunt.
As per his request, cremation will be accorded and his cremated remains will be returned to his beloved Georgia.
