Attica - Elizabeth "Libby" Ann Spradlin, 71, formerly of Muncie and had been residing in rural Attica, passed away in the Williamsport Health and Rehabilitation Center on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 11:20 p.m.
Libby, as she was known to family and friends, was born in Somerset, Kentucky on January 1, 1951. She was the daughter of the late Henry Rankin and Pauline (Silvers) Spradlin. As a child, the family moved to Muncie and she attended Selma High School. She has lived most of her adult life in Muncie and just recently moved close to family in Attica.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, crafts and attending garage sales.
Libby leaves behind a daughter, Lisa Farrell Thompson, Muncie; twin siblings, Jeannie (Sam) Brooks, Attica and Jimmy Spradlin, Anderson, IN; a step granddaughter, Amelia Clark. She was preceded in death by a brother, Henry A. Spradlin and a sister, Retta Spradlin.
As per Libby's request, cremation services were accorded her and burial will be held at a later date in the Garden of Memories in Muncie.
