Lafayette - Evan Ehler Anders, 16, of Lafayette, died at 7:10 p.m on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 in Lafayette as the result of an automobile accident.

Evan was born in Lafayette on September 11, 2004. He was the son of Boyd W. And Tuesday M. (Salts) Anders. He had lived all of his life in Lafayette and was currently a Sophomore at McCutcheon High School.

Evan was on the Golf Team at McCutcheon HS. He spent his free time with computers, researching history and watching YouTube videos. He had a wide range of music he enjoyed. He loved his dogs, spending time with his Pop and Nana and traveling with his family. Evan had an infectious laugh and knowledge of useless information. He will be missed by everyone that ever had the pleasure to know him.

Surviving along with his parents, Boyd & Tuesday Anders, Lafayette, are a sister, Trinity (boyfriend Chase Roa) Anders, Lafayette; grandparents, Wally & Tami Salts, Attica; cousins, Bryan Rogers, Hayley Jean, Dallas Bader, Ramsey Abulola & Sarah Abulola; and aunts and uncles, Ronnie Jean, Regina Abulola, Karla Anders & Donny Anders. He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Bob & Mary Ann Ehler; grandma, Kathy Matillo; aunt, Janeil Bader; and his dog, Sophie Anders.
