Williamsport - Hope Paula Diana (Wilson) Watson, 75, Williamsport, passed away unexpectedly in the Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 2:25 a.m.
Paula, as she was known to family and friends, was born in Lafayette, Indiana on December 13, 1950.  She was the daughter of the late William Kenneth and Sylvia Elizabeth (LaFountain) Wilson.  Paula was raised near Hickman Heights in Warren County, graduating from Seeger High School in 1969.  She married Kenneth Watson in Louisville, KY.  Kenneth preceded her in death in 2002.
Paula was the former editor of the Nixon Enterprise in Kentland, Indiana.  After her marriage to Kenneth Watson, Paula worked with her husband as a legal secretary in his law firm until his passing.
Paula was a former member of the Hickman Heights Christian Church and had been attending the Williamsport Christian Church. She was a former member of the West Lebanon Eastern Star. She enjoyed photography and researching herbal medicines.
Paula leaves behind a son, Justin (Amber) Wilson, Williamsport; five nieces, Jami (Kevin) White; Candy Pattengale; Francie (Jeremy) Sims,  Shelley (Larry) Crane and Tina Parker; two nephews, Shawn (Justin) Briles and Travis Wilson  ; a long time friend, Laura Thompson. She was preceded in death by two sisters, JoAnn Wilson and Gayle West along with a brother, Bruce Wilson and her parents.
Friends may call at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, on Saturday, August 1st from 11:00 a.m. until the service time at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Ian Costandi officiating.  Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica.  Memorial contributions may be made to Paws 'n Claws Animal Shelter.
