Attica - Jeffery Lynn Roe, 70, Attica, passed away in the Signature Healthcare at Parkwood in Lebanon, IN on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 3:30 a.m.
Jeff was born in Williamsport, Indiana on November 26, 1951. He was the son of the late James Parker and Georgia (Jenkins) Roe. He was a life resident of Attica where he graduated from Attica High School in 1970. While in high school he lettered in sports for the Red Ramblers. Following graduation he worked at Harrison Steel Castings Company in Attica. He later worked at Purdue University for 22 years, retiring in 2009.
Jeff was a member of the Attica Christian Church. He was a die hard Purdue sports fan and an avid golfer.
On September 4, 2010 Jeff married Shari L. Landreth in the Attica Christian Church,
Jeff leaves behind his wife Shari of nearly 12 years along with a daughter, Jamie Stafford, Attica; six step children, Greg (Shelley) Moody, Williamsport; Andy (Hope) Moody, Williamsport; Bethel Sheets, Indianapolis; Danielle Cooper, Milwaukee, WI; Zach Cooper, Milwaukee, WI; Brittany (fiancé-Johnnie Thomas II) Cooper, Lafayette; two granddaughters, Abigail Stafford and Emerson R. Roe; ten step grandchildren, Mahaly (fiancé-Jacob Hoyle) Moody, Tennessee; Ethan Moody, Williamsport; McKenzie Moody, Williamsport; Greyson Green, Williamsport; Collin Moody, Lafayette; Eli Moody, Lafayette; Mia Poff, Milwaukee, Wi; Makaya Poff, Milwaukee, WI; Johnnie Thomas III, Lafayette and Max Thomas, Lafayette. Jeff was preceded in death by a son, Curtis Parker Roe on December 25, 2019 and an infant daughter, Christy Ann Roe, along with his parents.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Attica Christian Church on Friday, April 29th, from 1:00 p.m. until the memorial service time at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Hunter Chadwell officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Attica Christian Church.
