Lafayette - Jerry Lynn Wagner, 55, Lafayette, passed away in the Franciscan Health East Hospital, Lafayette, on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 10:54 p.m.
Jerry was born in Lafayette, Indiana on August 6, 1967. He was the son of the late Dennis L. and Judith K. (Thomas) Wagner. He attended McCutcheon High School. He later worked for Kokomo Grain in Romney, IN.
He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and hiking. He was a NASCAR fan with his favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Jr.
He was formerly married to Michelle Green.
He leaves behind his two sons, Robert D. and Austin L. Wagner, both of Lafayette; a granddaughter, Saphira M. Wagner, Lafayette. He was preceded in death by an infant brother, David Wagner.
As per the request of the family, cremation services were accorded him with no formal service being scheduled at this time.
