Attica - Juanita D. (Reese) Wurtsbaugh, 70, formerly of Attica, passed away in the Williamsport Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 9:46 a.m.
Juanita was born at home in Attica, Indiana on November 28, 1950. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin Lee and Thelma Louise (Mickle) Reese. She was a life resident of Attica, attending Attica High School.
Juanita formerly worked at Radio Materials Corp. in Attica.
Juanita formerly attended the Attica Free Methodist Church. She was a huge fan of Elvis Presley and Alan Jackson music. She enjoyed watching birds.
On February 14, 1998, Juanita married Jack D. Wurtsbaugh in the Brewer home in Warren County, Indiana, who were close friends.
She leaves behind her husband, Jack of 23 years, along with a son, Michael Wurtsbaugh, Alamo, IN; a sister, Annabelle "Ann" (Steve) Ward, Ft. Worth, TX; three grandsons, Timothy, James and Aiden Wurtsbaugh. She was preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie Howard and four brothers, Robert, Larry, Donald and Tom Reese.
Friends may call at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, on Tuesday, June 1st from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Badgley officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica.
