West Lebanon - Judith "Judy" Lynn (Gerard) Waters, 72, West Lebanon,
passed away in her home on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 7:52 a.m.
Judy was born in Danville, Illinois on June 14, 1953.  She was the daughter of the late Jesse Gerard and Charles & Evelyn (Noble) Green.  Judy grew up in Attica and attended Attica High School.  She has resided in West Lebanon for the past several years.
She enjoyed crafting.
Judy married Hubert Eugene Waters on December 10, 2016 in West Lebanon, IN.  Hubert preceded her in death on July 13, 2018.
Judy leaves behind her son, John (Melanie) Ingram Jr., Vine Grove, KY; two grandchildren, Kayla Ingram and Jessica (Hayley) Ingram; two great-grandchildren, Madison and Aubrey Wieber; four brothers, James (Donna) Gerard, Kramer; Charles (Carmen) Gerard, Portland Arch; David Gerard, Mellott and Mark Cayton; two sisters, Priscilla (Phillip Kurtz) Burge, Newtown and Cora (Tom) Brant, Hillsboro; many close nieces and nephews; her best friend and pet dog, Charlie.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis & Terry Gerard.
A gravesite service for Judy will be held in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica on Saturday, May 9th at 11:00 a.m. with Brother Joel Whitehead officiating.
