Attica - Kenneth "Kenny" Howard Knowles, 54, Attica, passed away at his home in Attica on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 2:10 a.m.
Kenny, as he was known to family and friends, was born on December 3, 1970 in Crawfordsville, Indiana.  He was the son of the late William Howard and Emma Lou (Shoaf) Wallace Knowles.  Kenny was raised in the Attica, Newtown Wingate area and later moved to Texas where he graduated from school.  He later relocated back in the Attica and Newtown are where he was a general laborer and entrepreneur.
Kenny was attending the Newtown Community Church.  He always looked forward to the springtime where he could hunt mushrooms.  He enjoyed listening to his classic rock music and playing his guitar and mandolin.
He was formerly married to Janette Roberts.
He leaves behind his former companion, Joelle Curran of Newtown and their son, Hunter Knowles; a son, Tyler Knowles and a daughter, Shelby Knowles; a brother, William (Brenda) Knowles, Cayuga; seven sisters, Mona McCall, Attica; Olive Millie (Harold) Best, Attica; Lucinda (Kevin) Clevenger, Attica; Nellie (Drew) Rich, Danville, IL; Emma Christine (Rick)
Eitteman, Kokomo, IN; Deborah Otenburg, Kentucky and Becky (Trent Farley) Cummings, Crawfordsville.  He was preceded in death by two sisters, Sherrill Nally and Nila McCown.
As per Kenny's request cremation services were accorded him and a celebration of his life will be held in the Ravine Park (at the small pavilion by the swimming pool) in Attica on Thursday, July 10th, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.  A covered dish will be provided and Kenny's favorite music will be playing.
