Attica - Lena Alice (Farley) Willett, 85, Attica, passed away quietly in her home, with her family by her side, on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 7:47 p.m.
Alice, as she was known to family and friends, was born in Stone Bluff, Indiana on April 26, 1939.  She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Anna Catherine (Young) Farley.  Alice was raised in Stone Bluff, attending Stone Bluff and Covington schools.  She has resided in rural Attica since 1989.
Alice was a homemaker.  She was a member of the Stone Bluff United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed attending rummage sales, sewing and working word search puzzles.  Her greatest love was being with her family and time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
On July 26, 1958, Alice married Eli Willett in Stone Bluff, IN.  Eli preceded her in death on May 16, 2001.
Alice leaves behind three sons, Ralph (Sherri) Willett, Stone Bluff; Gerry (Lori) Willett, Attica ad Roger (Shannon) Willett, Stone Bluff; a daughter, Peggy Brier, Veedersburg; five grandsons, Seth Willett, Andrew Willett, Jacob Brier, and twins Forest & Hunter Willett; five great-granddaughters, Alisa Willett, Arianna Willett, Lila Willett, Aelin Willett and Lena Brier; her brother, John (Florence) Farley, Attica.  She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Joe Farley and three sisters, Jane Buroff, Elsie Farley and Diane Ross.
Friends may call at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, on Friday, January 3rd from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Daneen Rodriguez officiating.  Burial will be held in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica.
