Williamsport - Infant Lilly Pearl Downing, infant daughter of Garrett and Grace Downing, of Williamsport, passed away at birth on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 9:05 a.m. in the Franciscan Health East Hospital, Lafayette, IN.

She leaves behind her parents, Garrett & Grace Downing, Williamsport; 3 year old sister, Harper Downing and 1 year old brother, William Downing; her maternal grandparents, Tracy & Chrissie McCutcheon, Fowler, IN and paternal grandparents, Terry & Lori Downing, Bismark, IL; maternal great-grandparents, Myron and the late Gary McCutcheon, Fowler, IN; Judy Gagne, Statesboro, GA; paternal great-grandparents, Janice & Gary Smith, Sedelia, CO and Leon Junior and Marsha Downing, Danville, IL. 

A private family service will be held for Lilly with Pastor Bob Fairchild officiating.
