Attica - Margie Eileen (Millburg) Etchison, 92, formerly a life long resident of Warren and Fountain Counties, and had been residing at her granddaughter's residence in East Jordan, MI, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 10:25 a.m.
Margie was born in Attica, Indiana on February 11, 1931.  She was the daughter of the late Carl "Gus" Gutaf and Ida Mae (Harto) Millburg.  Margie was raised and educated in Attica.  Margie loved her Lord and Savior and  was a member of the Wabash Valley Bible Baptist Church.
Margie married William H. Etchison on May 25, 1978 in Rockville, IN.  William preceded her in death on December 22, 1999.
Margie leaves behind two sons, Michael L."Chick" (wife-the late Loretta) Thomas, East Jordan, MI and Ricky Thomas, Danville, IL; a daughter-in-law, Vicki Thomas, Ladoga, IN; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren as well as an abundance of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a son, Bobby L. Thomas and his wife, Vicki; three sisters, Ida May Lincicum, Bernice Ivey and Louise Kerst along with two brothers, Charles Millburg and Carl Millburg.
Friends may call at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, on Tuesday, October 24th from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor David Adams officiating.  Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Wabash Valley Bible Baptist Church, 2320 E. U.S. Highway 41, Attica, IN   47918.
