West Point - Marlon Leroy Remaly, 52, of West Point, passed away unexpectedly in the emergency room of the I.U. Health Arnett Hospital, Lafayette on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 7:19 a.m.
Marlon was born in the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Lafayette, on July 9, 1971.  He was the son of Leroy Lynn and LaJune Marie (Hinton) Remaly of West Point.  He was a life resident of the West Point community, graduating from McMutcheon High School in 1989.  He graduated from Ivy Tech in Lafayette with a degree in Auto Body Repair.
Marlon was presently working with ADB Construction Concrete-Excavating in Brookston.
Marlon enjoyed tinkering and working with his 2006 Ford Mustang.
Marlon leaves behind his parents along with a sister, Andrea (Steven) Cornellier, Garden City, UT; two nephews, Dakotah Gray, Garden City, UT and Ethan Gray, USAF stationed at Misawa, Japan.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Mylon Remaly.
A gravesite service will be held in the West Point Cemetery, West Point, IN on Wednesday, September 20th, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Joseph E. Park officiating.  Memorial contributions in memory of Marlon may be made to the charity of one's choice.
