Hillsboro - Michael "Mike" Lee Hall, 75, of Hillsboro and had been residing in Carmel Health & Living Communities, in Carmel, IN, passed away in the Community Hospital North, Indianapolis, on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 12:58 a.m.
Mike was born in Crawfordsville, Indiana on June 5, 1948.  He was the son of the late Harold Eugene and Pearl Eldarene (Cooper) Hall.  He was a life resident of Hillsboro, graduating from Fountain Central  High School in 1967.
Following graduation from high school, Mike enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served during the Vietnam War.  At the time of his honorable discharge he had attained the rank of Fireman Apprentice.  After the service he returned home to work locally in Hillsboro.
Mike was a long time member of the Hillsboro Christian Church.  He was a big sports fan, where he enjoyed watching all types of sports on tv, but was a die-hard I.U. basketball fan.  He also enjoyed detailing autos for local friends and community people.
Mike leaves behind his two brothers, Alan E. (Margie) Hall, Veedersburg and Brian C. Hall, Enid, OK.  Besides his parents, Mike was preceded in death by a brother and his wife, Larry & Becky  Hall and a sister-in-law, Carole Hall.
As per Mike's request, cremation services were accorded him and a military gravesite service will be held in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Hillsboro, IN on Friday, May 10th at 2:00 p.m. with Ralph DeFlorio speaking.
