Williamsport - Paullette Mae (Read) Whorrall, 78, Williamsport, passed away in her home, with her family by her side, on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 5:10 a.m.
Paullette was born in Portland, Oregon on May 23, 1948.  She was the daughter of the late Laddie and Helena Read.  Paullette was raised in Oregon and later moved to Attica in 2004 and later to Williamsport in 2022.
Paullette was raised and educated in Oregon.  She formerly worked as a carpet installer and sales with New York Carpet World in Hazelwood, MO.
She enjoyed gardening and was noted for her beautiful flowers that she raised.  She also enjoyed raising a vegetable garden. She was always working in her yard.
On April 10, 1969, Paullette married Lance Whorrall in Vancouver, WA.  Lance preceded her in death on October 12, 2022.
Paullette leaves behind her son, Lance (Christine) Whorrall, Williamsport; a brother, Laddie Read, Portland, OR and a sister, Georgianne Calhoun; five grandchildren, Lance, Laddie, Miles, Marianne and Grace; nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two infant daughters, Marianne and Cheryl Lynn Whorrall; and a grandson, Mike Whorrall.
As per Paullette's request cremation services were accorded her and a Celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Williamsport.
