State Line - Rebecca "Becky" Ann (Simonton) Hall, 51, of State Line, passed away in the Franciscan Health East Hospital, Lafayette, on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 3:55 p.m.
Becky, as she was known to family and friends, was born in Clinton, IN on October 22, 1973.  She was the daughter of the late Theodore Simonton and Elsie (Sowers) Allen.  Becky was raised in Newport and attended North Vermillion High School.  She has resided in State Line for the past 10 years.
Becky formerly attended the Church of God in Newport.  She enjoyed crocheting, mushrooming and reading.  She also enjoyed the time outdoors tending to her flower garden.
On July 16, 1994, Becky married David D. Hall in State Line, IN.  She leaves behind her husband, David of 31 years along with three children, Casey (Brianna Ward) Hall, Hoopeston, IL; Chance Hall and Natalie Hall, both of State Line; a brother, Ted (Amber) Simonton, Indianapolis; several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Charles Simonton.
Friends may call at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, on Wednesday, October 1st from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.  A visitation will be held at the Sunset Funeral Home-DeVerter Chapel, Cayuga on Thursday, October 2nd , from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Randy Cunningham officiating.  Burial will follow in the Thomas Cemetery, Newport.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
