Williamsport - Sandra "Sandy" S. (Brown) Moore, 81, Williamsport, passed away with her family by her side in the Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 2:53 a.m.
Sandy, as she was known to family and friends, was born in Marshfield, Indiana on July 13, 1941.  She was the daughter of the late James "Jiggs"  Donald and Imogene (Johnson) Brown.  She was raised in Attica, graduating from Attica high School in 1959.  She later moved to Williamsport and worked for Metropolitan School District in Warren County, retiring in 2010.  She later worked for Community Action, assisting the elderly.
Sandy had attended the Williamsport United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
On May 12, 1961, Sandy married Donald F. Moore in Attica.  Don preceded her in death on January 7, 2005.
Sandy leaves behind her daughter, Melissa Etnier, Zionsville, IN; a son, James "Moe" Moore, Williamsport; twin siblings, Donald "Hair" Brown (and the late Patti Brown), Attica and Donna Brown, Williamsport; seven grandchildren, Josh (Charlotte) Waling; Justin (Leah) Waling; Travis (Ashley) Waling; Amanda (Kyle) Greiwe; John (Kirsten) Etnier; Jake (Laura) Etnier and Joey Etnier; ten great-grandchildren, Cody & Corbin Waling; Austin & Hannah Waling; Cole & Taylor Waling; Jonah & Isaiah Etnier; Ava & Ellie Greiwe.  Sandy was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Garrett; her husband  and her parents.
A gravesite service for Sandy will be held in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica, on Sunday, July 16th at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Brenda McIntosh officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Helping Hands Food Pantry, Williamsport.
