Vicki Lee (Pruitt) Beaton, 73, of Muskegon, Michigan, passed away at 12:12pm on Friday, September 10th 2021, at home with family by her side.
Vicki was born on September 15th, 1947 in Williamsport, Indiana to the late Nelson Eugene & Lois "Jean" (Wilson) Pruitt.
Vicki attended Attica schools until her marriage to Lee Beaton in 1963 & continued to live in Williamsport/Attica, Indiana area until around 1966 before relocating to Michigan for work. Lee preceded her in death on November 2nd, 1967.
Vicki completed her high school education in Michigan in 1978 prior to pursuing accounting at Baker College.
Vicki was a "people person" which is what led & kept her in the service industry most of her life. Her hobbies included cooking, baking, reading, flower gardening & bird watching.
Vicki is survived by 3 sons, Allen Beaton (Fran), Rusty Beaton (Melissa) each of Muskegon, Michigan & Gene Beaton of Carrollton, Texas; 1 daughter, Brandyne Sherrod, of Riverview, Florida; 6 grandchildren, Lee, Sydney, Caelan, Kinley, McKenzie Beaton & Ashley Boros, as well as great grandchildren.
Also surviving are 1 sister, Valerie Ray (Eddie Burns) of Lafayette, Louisiana & 2 brothers, Chris Pruitt of Attica, Indiana & Darrell Pruitt of Logansport, Indiana; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 12:00 Noon in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica. Please send all flowers, cards & any other remembrances to Maus Funeral Home in Attica, Indiana in c/o Vicki Beaton.
