Independence - William "Bill"  Parvum Keller, 65, of Independence, passed away with his family by his side at his residence in Independence on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 6:05 p.m.
Bill was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on January  30, 1958.  He was the son of the late Leo D. and the Priscilla A. (Baker) Keller.  William grew up in Wells County, Indiana and graduated from Norwell High School.
Bill was an iron worker worth Sterling Castings in Bluffton, IN; Decatur Castings in Decatur, IN and later with Harrison Steel Castings Company in Attica.
Bill served his country by serving in the U.S. Army.  At the time of his honorable discharge he had attained the rank of Private First Class.
Bill was a member of the Riverview United Methodist Church.  He enjoyed wood working and working with his computer and electronics.
Bill married Becky Sue Purcell on March 17, 1989 in Williamsport.
Bill leaves behind his wife, Becky, of 34 years.
He also leaves behind his five children, Bridget (Leon) Bell, Winamac, IN; Adam (Jennie) Keller, Winamac, IN; Leona Mae (John) Virgo, Portage, IN; Leonard  Frank (Juleen) Harlan Keller, Independence, IN and Casey Leota (Cody Dyer)  Frederick, Kramer, IN; a sister, Rachel Payne, Fort Wayne, IN and fourteen grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Leo Don Richard Keller.
As per Bill's request, cremation services were accorded him and no service will be scheduled.
