Williamsport - Winifred Miller Clark, 89, of Williamsport, IN, went to be with our Lord on December 1, 2022. "Wini" was born on October 11, 1933,in Attica, Indiana, to the late Howard William and Isabel (Johnson) Miller, both of Attica. Wini graduated from Attica High School in 1951. She majored in Speech-language pathology at Purdue University where she received her BS in 1954 and MS in 1966. Wini was a member of Chi Omega Sorority at Purdue. Wini married her college sweetheart, Frank Melvin Clark(deceased), of West Lebanon, IN, on September 4, 1954. Wini and Frank raised four daughters, Kathryn Shephard, Karen (Kerry) Thomas, Margaret (Jackson)Morgan, and Michele (Adam) Dalton. She has ten grandchildren, Kyle (Stephanie) Thomas, Kristen (Brandon) Sejera, Kathryn (David) Shingler, Colt, Clark and Cassidy Morgan, Carter, Isabel, Lincoln, and Pearl Dalton. She has three step grandchildren, Jamie, Misty, and Lindsey Morgan, and 7 great grandchildren. Wini served children for over 30 years in both MSD of Warren County and North Vermillion Community School Corporations. Wini was dedicated to the community and served through her volunteer services at the Williamsport-Washington Township Pubilc Library, Master Gardeners, A Better Way Food Co-op, and the Warren County Community Foundation. Wini was an active member of Trinity Presbyterian Church of West Lebanon for over 60 years. Wini and Frank were both avid supporters of education and will continue to provide scholarships for family, the local community, and Purdue University through their lasting benevolence. Friends may call at the Attica Presbyterian Church, 300 E Main, Attica, IN on Saturday, December 10th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with Services at 1:30. Memorial contributions can be made to the Williamsport-Washington Township Public Library, Fountain Warren Master Gardener Association, A Better Way Food Co-op, or Warren County Community Foundation.
